Additional Project Information
The Liberty Junction project in Brownsburg, Indiana, involved full residential site development for a large national builder's new land development division. Early progress was complicated by substantial personal property and structures remaining on site beyond the agreed clearance period, restricting access and productivity. JDH provided additional equipment, labor, and demolition services to remove obstacles and maintain forward progress while coordinating closely with the builder and the landowner. Through consistent communication, detailed documentation, and a solutions-oriented approach, the team successfully advanced the project and demonstrated the value of a turnkey civil contractor capable of adapting to complex, real-world site conditions.
