Health & Safety

Every JDH Employee Is Empowered to Stop Work.

The foundational belief behind every safety effort at JDH Infrastructure Group is simple: no one should get hurt at work or at home. JDH manages safety in a way that never allows the physics of an accident to even begin.

Put Safety Into Action Daily

Our Record

2025 — Recordable Injury Free.

That's not luck. It's the result of a culture where every person on every crew is accountable to the people working next to them — and where "stop work" is never a last resort.

How We Operate

Safety Culture

At JDH, safety isn't a department — it's a shared responsibility that starts on day one and never stops.

Stop Work Authority

Introduced on day one. Every employee receives a SWA card and hard hat sticker — a daily reminder that stopping work to raise a concern is not just allowed, it's expected. No fear of retribution. Ever.

Weekly Safety Meetings

Field employees and management meet weekly for refresher training and to address company and industry concerns. Quarterly all-hands meetings blur the line between office and field — because safety buy-in only works when everyone's at the table.

Good Catch Incentive Program

Employees are directly rewarded for identifying, reporting, and addressing safety concerns on site before they become incidents. Near-misses caught early aren't failures — they're exactly what this program is designed to surface.

SiteDocs Safety Platform

In 2025, JDH integrated SiteDocs — an online platform for safety reports, forms, audits, and follow-up. Team members can report incidents and good catches quickly; leadership can track, audit, and respond efficiently.

Open Door Policy: We maintain an open-door policy on every safety concern. Period.
